Most grips come with their own screw that are threaded M6 to this nut to secure your grip.
These are Metal Grip Nuts that hold your grip to the receiver-NOT plastic.

Works on all AK47's, Saiga Rifles and Shotguns, Vepr Rifles and Shotguns.

Metal grip nut. What's not to like?
Used this on my AK-104 build. Worked perfectly with no issues at all. One of the few things you don't have to fit to the AK. The threads were good and worked perfectly with my grip screw. Can't complain.
