Performance Puc May 30, 2023 Reviewer: Dustin from Lafayette, LA United States   I'm very happy with my new performance puc. I had cycle issues while running a saiga 12 with low brass at the range. I replaced the factor puc with this one and also the lighter spring also sold on this site. By replacing both I was able to run low brass without issue. Also I want to express that Carolina Shooter Supply is a top notch company that has always delivered to me quality products in a timely manner. I will be using them for all my future purchases. Saiga 12 Puck Upgrade March 15, 2023 Reviewer: Russell S. from Wedgefield, SC United States   The CSS performance puck was a very close tolerance fit considering the diametrical clearances between the ID of the Saiga gas tube, and the OD of the CSS puck. Upon examination of the CSS puck under 5x magnification, I noticed a very slight defect on the puck at its outer edge as if it had been dropped. I worked the defect out with some jeweler's files and Scoth Brite. The CSS puck finally seated into the gas tube, however I am experiencing FTE. I am adjusting my Autoplug until I get smooth firing without FTE. I would've  given 5 stars if not having to perform  fit-up end prepping of the defect. I have purchased from CSS before, and I believe the defect was an anomaly from their production people. Was this review helpful to you?

Gas puck and 6 position Gas adjustment plug March 29, 2022 Reviewer: Ryan Levin from Dayton, OH United States   The puck is machined to higher standards than the factory one and has an additional gas rib to help with low pressure rounds that might short stroke. This in conjunction with very easily adjusted 6 pos. gas adjuster seemed to me to be the most no-brainer upgrade in conjunction with pick. I knew if one was good both=better, besides the factory adjuster is too coarse and unnecessarily difficult to adjust. I recommend highly for any saiga /Komrad  owner as the first upgrade you perform.
