Fits perfect! November 24, 2021 Reviewer: The Tampa Gunsmith from Tampa, FL United States   Pressed off the old Saiga 7.62x39 front sight block, pressed this front sight block on, drilled the pin holes (and the correct hole location is already started), knocked in the pins, installed the included front sight, screwed on the brake - done! Excellent September 24, 2021 Reviewer: William B from Fayetteville, AR United States   You need to check your saigas measurements before, my 20 inch saiga 223 had the thicker non standard barrel and A LOT of fileing had to be done on my rifle barrel to get this particular FSB pressed on. *****This is no fault of the product. CSS are very clear on measurements here.**** I chopped my barrel to 16.5 inches and added this fsb. After pressing and pinning the Fsb, i was really happy with the way it looked and shot. The recoil now is softer than my AR pistol and bench shooting it felt so soft and easy as if i was shooting a bb gun . The brake is very effective especially with 556. This brake also made bump firing stupid easy. Love it. I dont want to shoot a 556 rifle without a brake now. Do you and your saiga a favor and get this fsb and brake. Good, but ... August 9, 2021 Reviewer: Bill Church from Raleigh, NC United States   Quality front sight and muzzle brake, but they just don't mate very well.  Screw on the brake as far as it'll go AND to where the detent pin rests in the notch and now you have a loose/wiggly muzzle brake.  Sure, you could put plumber's tape or thread lock on it to help seal it up, but really shouldn't have to.  If you screw it all the way down, then the detent pin isn't in the notch and the muzzle brake sits goofy.  I tried contacting CS about it and got zero reply.  Can't say I'm thrilled about that kind of customer service from a local company.
