Missing part...

So far I can only give this product one star because it came missing the 4.5 mm pin. I have sent an email to customer service and it's now been two full business days and I haven't heard anything back. If they are able to fix the problem then I will adjust my review accordingly. But for now the kit is not functional without all the parts.
