This Bolt Hold Open lever is a direct replacement for your Saiga 12 Factory part.
Solves the problem of reinstalling SAFETY on converted Saiga 12s. It is modified to easily allow the safety to be installed or removed without taking the entire FCG apart.
Can also be used on guns that did not come with one.

Note: We recommend you cut a small notch in the ledge of the BHO for the spring, keeps the spring from slipping off.

Bolt Hold installed in KS12

Drilling the hole was the easy part. The part pushed the hammer to the side to the point it was hitting the rail for the BCG. Material in the receiver had to be ground down for it to fit properly. But it works perfectly after all is done. To bad the KS 12 design didnâ€™t have it to begin with. Reloaded magazines is so much easier now.
