These are 1/2X28 TPI thread for AR rifles. Thread all of your preban barrels with this. This can also be used on Saiga 223 Rifles. 0.500" to 0.520" O.D. barrels. Barrel shroud must be cut off first on Saiga rifles using annular cutter. Die Diameter is 1.5". Needs 1.5" die handle.
We highly recommend the Thread Alignment Tool(TAT) and Die Stock Handle to to make threading your barrel as easy as possible and to ensure the threads are straight not crooked. TAT and Handle sold separately.
Dies do not have any warranty. If you over tighten the die holder you can crack the die. If you do not use oil you can break cutting teeth from the die.
