35 rockwell hardness and feed ramps is poorly riveted, feed ramp also is out of spec. Needs fitting to turn the bolt properly.

The rivet on the bullet guide looks like was put on with a hatchet. The overall finish on the part itself looks like a ninth grade shop project. Very rough, excessive tool marks.
