This Kit comes combined with the tools needed to thread the barrel on your 270 Cal rifle in 5/8 x 24 RH threads.
Kit includes: 1 - Thread Alignment Tool 1 - Threading Oil 1 - 1.5" Die Handle 1 - 5/8 x 24 RH Threading Die. This Kit EXCLUDES the parts needed to cut your sight block: Annular Pilot and Annular Cutter (These parts sold by CSS separately.)
Works for O.D. barrels 0.625" to 0.645". Die Diameter is 1.5". Needs 1.5" die handle. Sight block must be cut back first on Saiga rifles.
Dies do not have any warranty. If you over tighten the die holder you can crack the die. If you do not use oil you can break cutting teeth from the die.
I got a old 1917 enfeild made by winchester I threaded with this that one is a 30/06 turned out so well I got the 270 kit and a 1/2 28 did an ak 14/1 left hand as well all for less then it would have cost too send one rifle out it was vary easy to use and you definitely need to know how to use a threading die but go slow and watch the videos if you don't know how the threads will come out fantasti
