Overall super simple to upgrade my IO Inc. AKM to add the KNS Adjustable Gas Piston. The finish looked a tad worn with some small bare spots, but it's 100% functional. No complaints other than the finish, which is functionally immaterial.

Instead of dealing with my Wasr bolt carrier that’s welded together. All you need is this kit and your KNS piston and your done in no time. Can’t exactly speak on quality after such a short time with it but looks good.
